We offer delivery throughout the UAE and GCC.
UAE Delivery
- Delivery Fee: 20 AED
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 working days
- Payment Options: Cash on Delivery (COD) available, PayPal accepted
GCC Delivery
- Delivery Fee: 75 AED
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 working days
- Payment Method: Prepaid via PayPal only
Please note that Cash on Delivery is only available for orders within the UAE. All GCC orders require prepaid payment through PayPal.
Order Handling
- All orders are meticulously packed.
- Nails are secured to prevent damage.
- Orders are processed only after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, or public holidays.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept:

This policy is applicable to all products, including:

- 3D Nails
- Kids Nails

- Nail kits and accessories
Once an order is delivered, it is considered a final sale.

Choosing the right size ensures:

Please note that incorrect sizing is not eligible for return or exchange.
Refused or Unaccepted Orders (COD)
For cash-on-delivery orders:
- Refused or unaccepted deliveries may incur re-delivery or handling fees.
- Repeated refusals may lead to restrictions on COD for future orders.
